Purpose Built Constructions is a Melbourne-based building company specialising in commercial fit-outs, office refurbishments and selected domestic construction projects. The business is led by brothers Adam Ryder and Jamie Ryder, combining practical experience with a hands-on approach on every project.

Adam oversees every job personally, while Jamie manages day-to-day site operations as site foreman. Clients deal directly with the people responsible for delivering the work, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the project.

Over the past decade we've built strong relationships with a trusted network of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers and other specialist trades. By working with the same reliable team on project after project, we're able to maintain high standards of workmanship and keep projects running smoothly.

From office fit-outs and retail spaces to laundromats, refurbishments and building upgrades, we understand that every project has deadlines, budgets and operational pressures. Our role is to coordinate the entire build, manage every trade and deliver a finished result that meets expectations.
